Our factory currently has 100 grinding equipment and a total of 150 other production equipment. The testing equipment includes advanced devices such as Rockwell hardness tester, length gauge, profilometer, roundness tester, etc. The company currently has more than 100 processing equipment and various advanced testing instruments, forming a product series and batch production mode. The company adopts new CAD and CAPP technologies for research, development, and manufacturing of products. The use of multiple fully automatic production lines has greatly improved the company's production capacity and achieved advanced quality levels of products.

The company's products are designed, produced, and sold in accordance with quality system requirements, strictly controlling product quality.

Relying on these personnel and equipment, the factory has achieved a breakthrough of producing 2 million sets of bearings annually and an annual output value of 20 million yuan. And the quality and output have steadily improved. 30% of the products are sold to the domestic host matching market, 30% to other domestic markets, and 40% are exported to Europe, America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other regions through foreign trade companies. Currently, the factory has self operated import and export rights and is committed to developing more overseas markets.
